Ordering
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:

Choose your product (stickers, labels, bags, boxes, or bundles)

Upload your artwork — or request free design assistance

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval

Once approved, we begin production!
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our low MOQs make it easy to get started:

Custom Stickers: 50 units

Strain Label Stickers: 50 labels

Custom Mylar Bags: 500 units

Cereal Boxes & Combo Packaging: 1,000 units

1lb Mylar Bags (LB Range): 500–1,000 units depending on material
Can I print multiple designs?
Yes, you can print multiple designs on a most of our range, however the price may alter to the prices shown on the website. Best thing to do is send us an email and we will discuss your options.
Can I see samples before I order in bulk?
Yes — we offer sample packs so you can feel the materials, explore print finishes, and test sizes before committing to a full run. Get in touch to request yours.

What sizes are your custom printed Mylar Bags?
Our custom printed Mylar Bags are completely bespoke to your requirements and can print them any size you wish within reason. We have guideline, industry standard sizes which you can use or if you want anything more specific, we have you covered.
Can you print custom shaped - Die Cut Mylar Bags?
Absolutely is the answer. Speak to our designers and we will bring your vision to life. If you have a design already, even better.
Email us your artwork to Hello@packsandprints.co.uk and we will organise the print files straight away for you.
What file types do you accept for printing?
Preferred file formats:

How long does production take?
Standard lead times:

Stickers & Strain Labels: 2–3 business days

Standard Custom Printed Mylar Bags Option: Approx 21 days after artwork approval

Express UK made, Custom Printed Mylar Bags Option: Approx 7 days after artwork approval

Cereal Boxes & Combo Deals: 21 - 30 business days

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship UK-wide and internationally, with full tracking on every order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking information via email.

Do you print in the UK?
Yes — we are a UK based company and print mylar bags, boxes, stickers, clothes and POS in the UK. We have global print partners also, so, depending on where you are situated in the world, we have options to help you receive you products as quickly as possible.
Can I collect my order?
Collections are available from Milton Keynes between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Returns, Reprints & Order Issues
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives with a print defect, damage in transit, or doesn’t match your approved proof:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

We’ll review and offer a free reprint or refund, depending on the situation
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
You can make changes or cancel your order anytime before you approve the digital proof.
Once your artwork is approved and production has started, cancellations or edits are no longer possible.
